On a good note maybe they say that wireless phone accounts actually jumped 24% in the same time period.

Verizon is the nation’s leading wireless operator with 89 million customers.

Although Verizon has been installing lots of fiber including fiber to the home FIOS this part of the business is not making a profit yet.

If Verizon is having problems you can bet other networks are too.
