Enough people complained that microsoft ended up posting an apology stating that they think the world lost a great talent.

Honestly is this any worse then the Red Cross and other organizations asking for donations when a huge catastrophe happens then instead of earmarking that money for the victims they pump it into their salaries and infrastructure?
